Customer Service

Vision Statement

Customer Service will manage communications between customers and company/organization. Will be an extended version of the current ecommerce customer-service call center functionality.

Requirements

  • see description
  • add a provision for feedback to be associated with a part, so it can make it back to BOM, including RMA info, user logger
  • needs a way to view activity history for one customer
  • needs a way to identify customer before creating new activity, so that history can be viewed etc
